Dr. Thrush was very helpful. My cat has not been feeling well for the past week and he took action and did a blood test after the physical exam did not reveal anything. He was kind and where another vet did not recommend anything that could be done he was very helpful. Also, they were able to get us in quickly and provided care even after they had closed. Thank you all very much! I will definitely go back if needed!

Dr Thrush performed a super repair job on my dog's broken leg. Other clinics were unwilling to attempt the surgery, offering only to amputate, but she's 100% again, with no sign of pain or limp. Staff were helpful, caring, and friendly.

My comments regarding the staff rating are directed to the owner, Dr, Jay Thrush only. He was asked to complete a full medical assessment for my foster dog with past diagnosed medical issues, and was showing some aggressive behaviours we believed was pain related. Dr Thrush came in, sat down eye level with the dog, in a close confined exam room. Dr. Thrush provoked mouthing behaviour, then escalated it to a bite by always pushing his hand in the dogs mouth. I suggested that he use the muzzle at this time, he agreed. Once the dog reacted by biting on his hand, Dr Thrush stood up and yanked hard on the leash then PURPOSEFULLY KICKED THE DOG AND DRAGGED HIM OUT OF THE ROOM, I was yelling not to kick or drag the dog. After a 15 min wait, Thrush came back in and apologized for over reacting and for the drama. THIS IS NOT THE ACTIONS OF A CARING PROFESSIONAL. Thrush did NOT complete the assessment as asked and missed the medical issues that another qualified, caring vet diagnosed.
