If you want to pay more than the going rate for vetrinarian services, then at least see Dr. Birss. Dr. Sutherland is more concerned with up selling services and generating dollars than caring for your pet and can't be bothered to read the patient file. I went in to euthanize my 15 yr old cat after consultation with Dr. Birss and she kept trying to convince me to run tests. Worst experience ever. Never mind that the receptionist was more interested in making phone calls than in checking me in and putting me in a room to spend some time with my old friend before letting him go. Another first was having to pay after the appointment instead of before so I got to stand at reception a second time in tears until someone found the time to process payment. Then the final blow was charging me more than the price I was quoted by the doctor. Zero customer service for a premium fees.

after anderson killed my dogs leg i came here to get it taken off. they are worth the money cause if i would have brought her here in the first place she would still have all 4 legs. they know what htey are doing and are sooo sweet and nice. they tell you step by step what is going on.i lvoe this place and what ever is wrong with your pet you know it is in good hands. what is worth more your pets life or alittle more money! and if its money then you shouldnt have a pet

Clinic is overpriced. They want to vaccinate my pets too much and tried to pressure me into heartworm meds and flea and tick stuff. They didn't give me the option of any natural remedies. Won't go back.

Their facilities are very clean and the personnel appear to love the animals. I have always been very happy with there service. My cat is a little mean and does a lot of hizzing and they are very kind and good at looking after her.
