Everything was fine at first, just found them a bit pricey and felt they were a bit pushy in trying to get you to spend money on extras. They have a receptionist that's very rude to myself and my husband. Any time we mentioned it we were ignored. Then I get my pets' medical records and see that inappropriate comments about myself and not my pets were left by their staff. Very unprofessional and makes me even more glad I left.

This is my dog Cody's new vet. I love this place and Dr. Mogavero. After our first visit i told everyone his name is Dr. McDreamy because he is a very handsome man. I have told him that is what i have nicknamed him. He is down to earth and very honest about the individual pets needs. Cody had to have very extensive surgery. I was looking at a cost of 4-6 thousand dollars. Cody's surgery was six hours long. He is now like a brand new puppy. I feel so comfortable with Dr.Mogavero and i know he cares about Cody's health. As a matter of fact i wanted Cody to have a haircut before his surgery and Dr. McDreamy drove him out to Ancaster to have it done and brought him back to the clinic for me to pick up. How often has your vet done that. This will be my animals vet forever.Peggyanne
