	6/28/14	1	1	1	1	I had to put my cat down they stuck a needle in my cat and never came back. Left me in room alone with no further instruction. My cat started throwing up as she died. Again no staff to be found. I had to yell to find someone, it was the worst experience that I will have to live with.
