This vet preformed X-rays for my cat but they didn’t tell me the cost ahead of time or how many rays they would do. They also didn’t tell me they would be doing multiple X-rays and didn’t tell me that the X-rays they were taking wouldn’t show the throat. One x-ray alone cost $160. When I questioned the procedure and charge management told me that I should let them know how much money I have when I come in. They removed one xray but I was left feeling belittled. I was kind, respectful and responsible but questioned their protocol. I paid my bill and then received a letter from them a week later saying I was banned from returning. I have read other reviews like mine so I know I’m not the only one. The xray they took was also not able to see the throat, they said they found nothing in my cats stomach and they didn’t know what was wrong with my cat. When I got home my cat was vomiting puddles of blood and very large pieces of packaging tape, his throat and stomach were full of it.

North Windham is the best Veterinary facility around. Everything is spotless and they care so much for the animals.

Fast and friendly service and even though it had been awhile and I hadn't needed their services, they still remembered me and treated me as if I had never even left. It felt nice to be back.
