Click to report rating    3/8/17   1     1     1     1   I know someone who worked there, they said that the clinic had bad moral practices and left because of it. That the clinic will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and charge you for tests your animal does not need. . RID: 62950
Click to report rating    9/10/16   2     4     2     1   I got there because my cat was not able to pee and when a few drop were coming out there was blood in it. They wanted him to spend the night, they were nice, but not reassuring at all. I had a call in the morning to come and pick him up fast because he was not liking being there (obviously). When I arrived I waited 30minutes, they told me he had nothing and that he was probably stressed. They wanted me to buy antidepressant, food for stress, spray for stess. The vet was talking like he was living the vitnam at home.. I was feeling so guilty. I was feeling like it was a scam ro take advantage of me loving my animal. When they gave it back he had a nail broken.. The vet said she didn't charge the plaster to protect it! Like I would pay for something that happened under their care. Finally it cost me 300$ to learn I now have an anxious cat that has never been anxious before. RID: 61540
Click to report rating    7/7/14   3     3     1     1   I first took my puppy to have her nails groomed. It took 5 min for 17$ and they did not do the side nails of the front paws and did not file the nails either. Then it was vaccin time. The Vet Dr.Marinova bairely examin my dog bcz she was more into talking about all the different kind of vaccins that confused me more than educate me,so she wanted me to spend money! When I told her I was confused she did not provide me with some of the pamphlets they have to help me,rather she said to Google the info! When I ask her to give me a list of the vaccins my puppy needed and the list of price, she was not to happy. But really, how am I suppose to remember it all.I also agreed to have my puppy take the REVOLUTION(which I thought was a vaccin and found out later that it is a med)and returned to the clinic about 5 days later bcz my puppy had an ear infection.Vet Dr.Forest wanted to charge me a visit, and denied that the med was responsible.www.pmprb-cepmb.gc.ca,pls read on it before you accept.
