We used this facility for our many cats over a period of 20 plus years. Not anymore. At our last visit, about 3 years ago, they discovered that a previous visit they had made a mistake in the bill. We were undercharged but I was told to pay the difference for their mistake. I think this is illegal. Then, I was treated very rudely by one of their long-time receptionist because I was questioning the issue. Also, their rates are very high. We will not be going back.
