Dropped my daughters cat Buddy off at the vet today for neuter. When I went back to get him, he was not there. Turns out they had two cats come in that were similar and sent him home with the wrong person. Seriously? Do they not label the cages? While they may have apologized, it is still not acceptable. Cat was taken to another house, probably thought he was abandoned and stressed out, peed himself as a result. Will have to think about whether I continue to take my cats there.

Tremendous service, care and compassion for both me and my cat Roman, who was so ill and suffering from multiple issues. All resolved now thanks to Dr. Lubana's diagnostic expertise and care. I will never take my cats anywhere else from now on.

Never had a bad experience here! Took my boy to get fixed and when we returned home he had complications. I called the office and they took him back in right away free of charge and called numerous times after to check on him. Very caring group. Highly recommend
|

Dr. Lubana is very caring, he treats the animals and their owners with respect. Would recommend him any day.
