I had an emergency illness with my chihuahua, and called Dr. Potter at 5:26pm on a weekday. The Vet Tech answered the emergency call. Dr. Potter DID NOT RETURN MY EMERGENCY CALL. My dog died at 11pm that night. I feel that if Dr. Potter would have done his job, my dog would have gotten treatment and still been alive today! I cannot forgive him for his dereliction of duty!! Emergencies should be answered immediately. Animals have a right to fair treatment, and I feel Dr. Potter did NOT treat my dog or me fairly. I will not be going back to his office ever again.
