I had the most tradgic experience with Laura Ivan. My cat Louie was due for surgery to have his leg amputated in the morning of July 23rd. He was pushed up to seven that night. I was told by the receptionist he was awake and doing fine. Dr. Ivan said he had not done fine. When I asked if I could take him home with me, she said she was taking him home and would bring him back at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. She did not, and she could not be reached by her staff. I called several times. Finally she called me at 11:45 to tell me Louie was doing poorly. I asked her to please get in her car and bring him back to the clinic. She did not. From her house she called me at 12:45 p.m. and told me Louie had passed away.
This cat had blood coming from his nose and anus and on his back leg when I finally received him. She would not give me his medical records, despite several attempts by me, until seven days later. She did not get Louie the proper care,end of story
