I could never ask for a better vet and assistant then dr Fay and Stephanie.I have 2 15 year old Norwegian forest cats and they purr when they are checked out by them.They are compassionate and care about my cats and their health and explain what’s up with my cats that I can easily understand..They always arrive when they say they will whether the weather is good or bad.I always get a return call or email within the next day.If I said it might be serious I am notified soon after I contact them.

Dr. Fay and Steph were extremely professional and I would highly recommend. They explained what was going on with my cat in terms I could understand and follow. Their love for animals shows in their work and I feel 100% confident with my animals being in their care.

Anne and Steph are fantastic! When my 13 year old cat Zeke was sick they re-arranged their schedule..in a snowstorm no less..so that they could be there the same day that I called. The are always on time, compassionate, courteous, and professional. Always gotten any bloodwork results back within 24 hours or less. I highly recommend this vet.

We have used a previous mobile vet for twenty five years (James Robinson) he was "the cats meow". Since his retirement we have used Anne Fay for about three years. We have four cats and one is quite big and a handful. She is great with our critters. Price is VERY compatible with clinics and she is passionate with our brood. Hope to have her services for another twenty five years.

We have used Dr. Fay and her assistant several times now for our large breed dog, both for routine visits and sick visits. They are always very caring and attentive with him. They have taken blood from him and it is back the next day. Either Dr. Fay calls us and goes over a treatment plan for us, or her assistant calls to discuss it and always relays any questions we may have to Dr. Fay. She is always very thorough. We are very satisfied with Dr. Fay and look forward to her coming to our home for many years to come!

We found Dr. Fay very proactive regarding our 3 cats. After experiencing multiple visits from Dr Fay & her assistant, I do not understand the problems in the previous review. Either with her compassion, her work or her prices. We will continue to use Dr. fay, which is the biggest plus a vet can get.

This is a mobile vet unit; no physical location. We used Dr Fay 1st when our elderly cat's time came & we wanted a home visit. She showed up timely w/an assistant & seemed compassionate & caring so we contacted her again when another cat, "Ruski" was having a serious issue. (R almost died 2x from fatty liver disease & means everything to me.) She examined her, ran bloodwk & also looked at Jams who was sneezing. Cost = $460 She diagnosed R w/ hyperthyroidism, prescribed meds & was to get back w/ meds for Jams. After medicating R wasn't eating & I became extremely concerned. I called 2x & never got to speak to the vet. Her assistant refused to give us an appetite stimulant which is commonly used for this purpose; & showed no concern about her prior fatty liver issue. We ended up bringing R to the ER. I called Dr Fay afterwards to discuss ongoing care & get Jam's meds. After many emails/calls with NO response, I incurred another $200 to bring R to another vet. Unethical & Unbelievable
