not available after hours as advertised; not very happy with the care received-I have been their customer but I decided to move for the sake of my pet; not very compassionate with pets;

Dr. Sam and his team are first rate. Yes this clinic is getting busier, but this is to be expected from a place that people are return clients and with word of mouth referrals. Dr. Sam is very knowlegable in many areas and freely shares this knowlege to his clients who ask. Dr. Sam also is willing to discuss, and accomodate, alternate ways to manage a pet's health issues and regular medications/shots. The staff are very compationate and I always find they will accomodate a request for an urgent appointment.

Dr. Sam was a good dr. But the last 5 years his clinic became so busy that he stop paying attention to your dig history and to advice on improving your pet health. He became more a business man than a vet. Inspire his knowledge he miss to diagnose my dog and as a result my fig is dying from cancer now. I don't recommend this clinic
