Recently we had to put our beloved family member to sleep. Dr. Luthra was highly recommended. We spoke to Dr. Lutheran over the phone and was given a quote for the costs of coming out to assess, weather charge, and treatment costs. Unfortunately after assessing our dog he felt that euthinize him was the only option. It turned out to be double the price that was quoted. Yes, Dr Luthra is calm and takes his time and does not rush you. But unfortunately his prices are no better then going to a vet in their office. If your strapped for cash in your time of need think twice as it is not cheap.

Dr. Luthra is fantastic at his job! He is gentle, quick, and reliable. My cat feels safe at our home and the best part is that I don’t have to drive her anywhere! His prices are very affordable for the amazing service he provides!

I'm so glad I've finally found my forever vet.I have 3 German Shepherds and 1 of them is up there in old age & cannot get into my truck anymore even a low vehicle it's too hard for him. So finding a great on time to door service for a very great price was amazing. DR.LUTHRA is kind very gentle and down to earth human being. We really need more vets out there like him.id give him 100 stars and recommend him to my family, friends and to everyone who wants great quality service for the best interest of your animal always, then give Dr.Luthra a call or leave a message and he calls u back very fast.i called him and in the same day he helped me by seeing my Shepherd that very same day. He's a family man, loves animals and you can see it in him when he's interacting with your animal.and he wasn't scared of my 140lbs Shepherd he didn't say put a mussle he just peted him and said your a great boy Achilles & gave him his 3yr injection.Thankyou again Dr.Luthra Regards Janielle and Achilles

We contacted Dr. Luthra to help us with a very difficult family decision with euthanasia service of our beloved dog Oscar. After much research we concluded the best way to say good bye was in the contort of our own home. Prior to our appointment Dr Luthra answered all of our question, he arrived on time ,fully masked and was so sympathetic towards the situation our family was going to face. He did not rush the process and he allowed us to say our goodbyes properly. He was so gentle to Oscar during his last minutes and during the service each step was well explained. All the paper work was done before anything started. Such a caring Dr. I highly recommend dr Luthra and his veterinarian service. He is very kind and very professional ... he helped us get through the process a lot better and was very warm towards us. We will definitely be using him again and will definitely recommend him and his services to our other friends and family... 5 stars all the way:) thank you!

I am not sure what to say about him as a veterinarian. However, if you need to euthanize your pet he is not the right one.It takes different skills at a higher level. I am a healthcare provider and I can sense it. I followed my instinct and I declined his service even though he made the effort to come earlier as our cat was agonizing. I paid almost $300 Cad for the visit and asked him to leave. I called a different vet and the service was what I was expecting.

I would rate 10/10 stars for this amazing vet dr Luthra. My pets absolutely love him. He is an expert at diagnosing a problem. I had visited 2 vets before and they just gave medicines to experiment and they never got better for a week. Dr Luthra came and diagnosed the real problem and they were recovering within 2 days with his medications!! He is an expert and has years of experience, I highly recommend dr Luthra! He take the time to explain each and every detail. And also explains further care and precautions. He always manages to accommodate my appointments in his busy schedule. Very professional and friendly vet!

Very happy with how he treated my bulldog she was having seizures and the emergency clinics wait was long because of covid. Very scary he gave her medication that was able to help stop the seizures from happening as often. We thought we were going up loose her. We went to emergency which was still a 2 hr wait but the seizure reduced from several in an hr to only 1 two hrs later. Now shes doing alot better our family is very thankful for him taking her on short notice.

Recently, our family was scammed into buying a puppy that was too young to bring home. When we tried to contact the breeder, it turns out she was a fake.
The only thing that the pup came with were vet papers from Dr. Luthra. Dr. Luthra confirmed that all of the paperwork was real and that the procedures were performed by him. When we inquired about getting the owner's information as we were worried about the puppy, he told us that he couldn't and that he had simply "trusted" the owner's story regarding the pup's age. Normally, we would respect that but in this sketchy situation, it seems to us that he is supporting puppy mills and unethical behavior.
The puppy was CLEARLY not of age - no teeth in the back
We will be contacting the OSPCA and the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association as Dr. Luthra vaccinated an underage puppy stating that it was 8 weeks old when it's clearly not. We hope his license is taken under review and ultimately taken away. DO NOT TRUST THIS VET WITH YO

Dr. Luthra completed two home visits for my cat "Buddy". He was so kind, gentle and honest. His second visit was to put my Buddy to rest and again, his compassion was remarkable. He got down on the floor to where my cat was most comfortable and he was so comforting. I would recommend his service to anyone!! Excellent

We love Dr Luthra. He is very attentive and both my dogs love it when he comes to see them. He took the time to explain things differently and has never pushed product or services on us. I would highly recommend him and his services. He has always been very professional and provided excellent service and care. His prices are very reasonable and I find the convenience of him coming to the house makes it an even better deal as I don't have to drive and pack the dogs up. He is always quick to respond to any question or request and has never charged me anything extra.

He overcharges you for medication that your pet does not need. He is a fraud. He only cares about the money. You should take your pet to a different vet and you will pay less than half of the price that this fraud charges. He just cares about making money. Save your coins.

I have 2 cats who refuse to be placed in a carrier., so we had no choice but to use a mobile vet. I was very surprised by Dr. Luthra. He was friendly, compassionate and gently committed to completing an examination of my unruly cats. I give him tons of credit for it! My experience was the complete opposite of the 1st review on this site. I will call on him again and recommend him highly.

Dr Luthra attended my home to euthanize my 15 year old dog. He was kind, caring. professional and efficient. He explained the procedure beforehand, let me spend as much time as I wanted with my beloved pet before he started and handled the entire situation in the most compassionate way possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This is the worst vet in GTA. Especially in brampton/mississauga. This vet does not speak proper english. Aside from that, he does not care about your pet or your pets well-being. He is a fraud, in terms of pricing and services. He overcharges on all his services, in addition, he gives medications that your PET DOES NOT NEED! Not only does he give your pet these medications, he overcharges you at the end, giving you an unreasonable vet bill. BE AWARE OF DR.LUTHRA, his number is (416) 317-9966, avoid at all costs. You will be paying the same prices to him, as any other professional vet. So why not take your pet to a quality professional?
