According to the CVBC, Dr. Sidhu is a general practitioner. He has no specialties and is acting out of their depth in fields of neurology, oncology, pathology, surgery, internal medicine, radiology,& more.
According to reviews on Google, Dr. Sidhu worked at Norgate Animal Hospital and was similarly acting beyond his license has mangled tongues, eyes, intestines, and even attempted brain surgery. After months of work and research I am convinced Dr. Sidhu and his team Dr. Harpreet Brar (also a general practitioner with no specialties) and Vet Tech Melanie Fuentes are directly responsible for the death of my dog, a brachycephalic dog they had no business operating on, considering neither Dr. Sidhu nor Dr. Brar have the aforementioned specialties in Brachycephaly, Pulmonology, or Anesthesiology.
Also I have found FTC violations in regards to present and past employees leaving reviews (5 star reviews at that) in order to boost the overall business rating on the Google Business platform

Dr. Sidhu and his assistant Victoria, bent over backwards for me and my cat Ringo. My mom and I came in a bundle of anxious nerves and he was able to very patiently explain what was needed to be done, why it is important, and the cost of each thing. I felt he had an order of operations that was designed to keep the cost for me as low as possible. After having bad experiences at other places where I felt like the vets were trying to just get as much money out of me as they could - this was an incredibly welcome change. It is clear he cares more about Ringo's health than getting me to spend as much as possible. He even followed up with me over the next two days by phone to ensure everything was going well. If only doctors for humans cared this much!

I've been with this vet for over a year since my cat started having urinary and other health problems and they are the best! I came in crying from a stressful day of going to different vets with nobody able to help me. I'm so thankful for all of Dr. Sidhu's help throughout the past year, he always tries to find a way to be available and ready to help. They've also been very comforting and caring which means a lot for me.

Dr. Sidhu seems knowledgeable in what he is doing, but he charges for every little thing that is done. I'm always bracing for the worse when it comes to my bill, and it never is a pleasant surprise. He charges an examination fee without really doing a proper exam. He tries to sell you on vaccinations that are not mandatory. I went in for one specific thing, and specifically said that was the only thing I wanted done and nothing else, but somehow he slipped in another treatment and charged me for it! I find that unethical practice for a veterinarian to force a charge! Do always reconfirm the cost of the procedure with the vet because it "may subject to change without notice", and that is the truth! I would become a loyal "customer" if only Dr. Sidhu you would be more honest with your charges, always keep cost at a reasonable rate and sometimes little kind no-charge examination fees, when a proper exam is not done, goes a long way for your customers and keep them happy!

Dr. Sidhu is a wonderful vet! My dog is so scared of all people, but he was so comfortable with Dr. Sidhu right away. His pricing is fair, and he is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Central Park Animal Hospital.

I called Dr. Sidhu at 3am when I found my 2.5 year old cat Ninja cowering and injured outside. He had been pulled through the engine of a car, tore open his back end, mangled his tail and shattered his femur. Dr. Sidhu rushed to open the clinic for me early and I brought Ninja over. I am low income, on disability and it was at the end of the month, so all I could do is borrow all my roomates money and bring a couple hundred to Dr. Sidhu. He took wonderful care of Ninja, gave him medication and fluids and kept him safe and stable until I could scramble together money. He was extremely patient with me while I contacted hundreds of friends, family and foundations to help. It took almost 4 days for me to get the funding available. Dr. Sidhu did surgery on Ninja to keep him going and found a vet who could do more for a reduced price at his clinic. He is the most caring vet I have ever encountered. He went so far beyond what was expected and I will always go back to him.

Recently I had my dog teeth cleaning by Dr. Sidhu in Central Park Animal Hospital. I am quite happy with the excellent service. After cleaning, the teeth is very white and shiny. Dr. Sidhu and his assistants showed their love and care to my dog. The price is very reasonable too. I recommend this clinic.

As a client of Dr. Sidhu's for several years, may I say that he has the biggest heart for all furry friends that always comes ahead of $$!!! Over the years Dr. Sidhu has CONSISTENTLY bent over backwards to keep costs down!!! Moreover, he never rushes my family and I, always more than willing to patiently explain medical concerns/treatment options, etc. to give us peace of mind. Having just met his assistant Jean at his new clinic, I was touched by the gentleness and caring she showed to my teacup pooches, kissing and speaking gently to them as they got their nails trimmed...so refreshing compared to those cold assembly line places that wrap a cord around their neck and pull on it!! This clinic gives pets the same empathy that humans wish for when they go to a hospital. These words are well earned by a quality vet, and I am happy to let others know this.

I went in for my dog's vaccinations for the first time because I am going to board him there. The Doctor was very nice and gave alot of information for me to consider. His assistance was also very nice and friendly. They both gave me a tour of the very clean clinic. I feel relieved.

The Asian girl at the front counter is more concerned with how much money she could possibly make me spend instead of making me feel welcome. I was quoted a low number over the phone but once I arrived the quote more than tripled. Not impressed, I'll be going back to Metrotown vet from now on.

This is by far the best vet I've ever been to. A friend recommended me. And I've been going ever since. I was driving from Burnaby to his old clinic in Maple Ridge. And I was thrilled to discover he's moved to Burnaby. He is kind, genuinely caring and reasonably priced. I would never go to another vet. I really trust him.

I came to this clinic with a half starved stray cat that I had found on my way home.
Being late in the evening, this was quite a journey to not only find a vet that was still open but was also willing to have look at this poor kitty.
For a while, “my” stray cat ended up having two doctors attending to her as there was just a shift change happening. Both doctors were very friendly and attentive. I was allowed to stay with her in the room during the treatment.
It is a nice and clean space. After the furry patient was visibly being better, I got a tour through the facilities. It is obvious, they care for the animals. This is something very important to me.
I came back a few days later with my own cat for updating her shots. While I was there, I saw a dog that was in for treatment walking around a bit and the former stray kitty, who is still there for further treatment was also allowed to chill on the receptionist’s countertop.
The long opening hours work well with my work schedule.
