5 stars for receptionist service, technician and facilities which are great. 24hrs.
But I felt pressured to get my dog hospitalized for the night (600$/night) for dehydration and felt everything that was suggested that it was all about $ales and not about doggy. The estimate for the nigt was about 1100$ and insisted that I should not take back my dog home, advised that human hospitalization was a lot more and that the price was reasonnable although they are 10/15% higher priced than the higher end vet clinics in town, as per vet. Said doggy might neeed 2night hospitalisation: approx1400$., vet was condescending when I tried to ask for more options that did not involve 1100$ or more. that ruined the whole experience for me. I followed my instincs that said: GO HOME IT'S 3AM, GET THE BASICS AND GET DOGGY TO ANOTHER CLINIC IN A FEW HOURS. I would not recommend unless extreme emergency, prepare for sales pressure and guilt trip if you don't shell out $$.

This vet also does exotic animals. It is a husband and wife. Dr. Maccolini was very competent and cared if my birds, not just the one I brought, we're happy and healthy. The facility is new, and well equipped. The vet bill was about the same as Birds and Exotics on Sherbrooke St. I haven't been in for cats/dogs but I do recommend to bring in your exotic pets.
