I am so glad that I found these guys. They are brilliant. The whole atmosphere is calm, friendly and they're so efficient, such a contrast from our previous vet. Dr Hofmann even handled my aggressive big Tom cat with no problem at all this morning, he was great...hats off to him !!.
I now know after meeting both Dr Hofmann and Dr Natanek we've found a Veterinary practice which is a 'little gem' and we have a lot of confidence in them.
