My experienced Vet is gone and 2 young Vets are in her place. They seem intent on selling more services. Asked for a prescription renewal for my dog and was given half the amount necessary and told if it didn't work he would have to have $200 Xrays. It didn't work. Been dealing with this problem for 3 years but they won't go by the records and want to start over. They sent a sick dog home and said to give him Benadryl which won't cure his infection. We are leaving when our contract year is up. We will take our dog to a different Vet and use them for only the most basic care since you have to pay for it anyway. I think the Vets are on commission.
