THE VETS HERE INCLUDING MS. WATZIN ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING! TOTALLY MISDIAGNOZED MY DOG BUT EAGER TO CHARGE FOR THEIR INCOMPENT SERVICES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AS $$$$ THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS HERE! BECAUSE YOUR PET IS THE LAST THING THEY CARE ABOUT! MS. WATZIN!

Fantastic vet - I moved to the area 3 years ago and had trouble finding a veterinarian that I liked and trusted. Beattie's is an assembly line of low quality medicine, Clappison's is disgusting and has untrained staff... I went to Watzin's on a recommendation and will never to anywhere else. They have stayed late for emergencies for my let's, the vets are knowledgable and always staying up to date, and I know that my pets' wellbeing is their number one priority. You will always get a bad apple client that will rip you apart for everything you've done right, and people who love their animals will put their money where their mouth is. Vet care isn't free people - I pay for the best at Watzin, and the best is what I get! HIGHLY recommend!

Constantly pushing the clients to buy things and get extra treatments which are unceccesary. Dr. Watzin is usually too distracted to focus on your pet and the visit has an "assembly line" feel to it. When you read the other good reviews for this clinic, take them with a huge grain of salt...Watzins offers reward point s for people who post favourable reviews online. The points add up for people desperate to collect enough for a $50 credit at this expensive, overpriced clinic. I would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone.

I have been going to Watzin's for years. The staff are friendly and very caring. Dr. DaCosta is amazing! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very accommodating. She doesn't pressure you but instead offers helpful considerations. She genuinely cares. No one likes vet fees, but here, you know you are getting terrific service for those fees. I would not go anywhere else! :)

Kind and courteous staff. You can tell that they love animals. Very punctual and never have a problem getting my dog seen. Dr. Watzin and all the staff are very professional.Highly recommended.

I would like to begin that we are very lucky to have Watzin’s Veterinary in our town of Waterdown. In all the years that we have been with this clinic not once have we ever had a bad experience with the front desk (receptionist) or with the back room (technicians). This facility offers the very best in technology and most of all – ALL - loving pets are treated with TLC – as well as this being their second loving home.
Also, it’s worth the drive to come to Waterdown for – The Wellness in Health!

We always receive excellent service at Watzin Vet Clinic. The staff are very kind and friendly and my pet dog always loves to go there. My dog has been a customer since she was a puppy and she has maintained very good health. She will be seven this year. The clinic is kept very clean and it has a customer friendly atmosphere.

We love this clinic for both our cat and dog. The staff are phenomenal; very friendly and helpful. They make good suggestions but never force you to buy their products. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

The staff are without a doubt the nicest people I have ever met. Dr. Sandra Watzin is the owner. She is very smart and she loves animals. She does house calls and she has the latest equipment. But if I would trust anybody with my animal it would be her.
