Very disrespectful staff. They might be decent doctors but their attitude, their 1940's style of running an office, and the cleanliness (or lack of) will surely cost them a lot of business. I took my bulldog to get treated for a swollen ear. They did the procedure. A week later I went back for a recheck. After checking in and waiting. I saw over 9 dogs that were treated before my dog that had arrived after me. I waited one hour and fifty five minutes before approaching the check in desk. They said it would be another half hour. I told them to deposit my file in the trash can I won't be back. I would have thought of myself as a valued customer. I had gone there for over 30 years. I felt my dog was disrespected, and therefore I was disrespected. If you want to look in the mirror in the morning DON'T GO THERE!!
