They refused to treat my rabbit even though it is not specified anywhere on their website that they do not treat small animals. It was 10:30 pm and they were the only vet open that accepted emergent walk-ins. We were turned away and ended-up driving to the nearest 24-hour vet which was in Guelph. My 3-month old rabbit died as a result of the commute time and delay in treatment for an infected abscess. I would NEVER recommend this heartless place that obviously does not care for the animals they are supposed to help.

We brought our dog in because he found and ate rat poison. Our dog was treated by a thorough DVM. We were offered food for our dog after inducing him to vomit and were prescribed charcoal and vitamin K. Despite the experience, the invoice and prices are confusing. We were prescribed a doubled dose of one medication than needed. We returned one of the bottles, but were charged multiple dispensing fees (including a non refundable fee for a bottle we returned) which were hidden within the price of the medication. Confusing matters worse, when the DVM ordered a 180ml dose administered at the clinic. Our invoice was charged for 250ml plus a $18.50 dispensing fee. To sum things up we were charged $30.00+ in dispensing fees, when being told initially it was one fee for all meds. When we asked the staff about the extra costs, the girl nearly had a nervous breakdown. Eventually, they did not answer our question and ignored us until we left. Buyer beware with this clinic's invoices.
