Dr. Kathy Chappell and staff were absolutely incredible in treating my cat Maggie and then helping me say goodbye to her. The knowledge, professionalism and compassion is at the highest level and their kindness during such a difficult time will always be remembered. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Chappell to anyone looking for a clinic or looking to make a change. They are fantastic people.

Saturday morning I noticed my dog licking her hid end. I called the clinic and they were able to take us in right away. As soon as I arrived o was greeted by the receptionist, offered a coffee while I waited for her to finish with a client. Upon finishing she took my information and we were taken right into the exam room. Dr. Jackson was very welcoming and great with my dog! She was taken to the back, had her anal gland lanced and was brought right back to me. The whole staff made it such a great experience. The clinic is bright and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to everyone! Great value for your money!!

The only reason I rate a 3 on staff is the receptionist. Was very rude, overbearing and loud. Did not let me get a word in edgewise and seemed like she "knows it all". Rest of the staff and the doctors are amazing thought-kind, compassionate and super knowledgeable. They are not hesitant to spend extra time with you to answer questions and ensure you get the information you are looking for and are happy with. Would recommend 10/10.

I recently started to visit this clinic. I have 5 dogs; 4 are rescues and one is very senior. I am very happy with the care they have received and feel secure that they are well looked after. I have visited both vets but primarily Dr Jackson. I find him to be thorough, knowledgeable, easy going and compassionate. My pets are relaxed and don't get all stressed when they are there. I am glad I found this place as I visited several others but didn`t find that `personal` touch needed to have that trust. Thank you Currents !

Dr. Jackson and Dr. Parks are both so kind and gentle when it comes to pets and their owners u couldn't ask for a better team. I recently took my Maltese, Sandy in, she's normally very high strung and nervous but she immediately warmed up to the staff. They also fit me in to their schedule when it was convienent for me. I will certainly be switching to Currents as my regular clinic!!

Amazingly knowledgeable staff, friendly and understanding office manager. Dr. Jackson treats his clients and patients like family. I wish my own doctor was as compassionate!

The owners are the most wonderful, caring people around. They both have substantial knowledge and experience with many types of animals. You cannot go wrong with choosing Current Veterinary Centre. Their pets and Wilma’s horse are very well taken care of and any pet that is brought it to their facility would get the same love and care as their own.
To the person with the negative, immature review:
You must have been having a terrible day before you stepped into Current Veterinary Centre because you couldn’t be more wrong about the people who work there. Quality care, knowledge, and experience comes at a price, don’t fool yourself. To attack people because you don’t like the price of something is beyond ridiculous. For future reference, you should call ahead of time and ask what they charge so you don’t get mad when you can’t afford it and take your anger out on innocent people.

Thank-you for your help & caring! One of my boys had developed what I thought was an eye infections, and wanted it looked at right away- I had heard they were new but the vet had lots of experience, so I called. We got an appointment promptly! The clinic was clean, bright & organized. The vet was thorough and explained all my options-I chose the conservative path to start & his eye issues resolved (yeah!!) the nice added touch was they called about 2 weeks later to see how he was doing-showed caring! I will be back with the rest if my crew! Thanks!

I was super impressed when I visited Currents recently with my dog. It had been a long time since we took her into the vet, and they didn't make me feel bad (unlike other clinics). They spent a lot of time checking her over, and were very thorough. She had a lump on her back, which we were worried about. The doctor assured us he was 99% sure it wasn't cancer, and followed up within a few hours with the results of the pathology, which were clear (as he expected). The clinic is new, bright and just a nice place to go. The cookies don't hurt either (for the dog!).
