I have two beautiful dogs, Dolly and Elvis, last year they had lots of puppies, and we are paying customer with Merritt. Elvis had a very bad accident yesterday and it was after hours, had to drive him to Windsor Hospital. 1, ½ hour away from home. I was told to call me vet and have a follow up with Elvis’s Dr at Merritt. Called first thing this morning, and they didn’t want to see him, told me to bring him back to Windsor. I said NO your Elvis Vet and I don’t want to drive to Windsor and this is an Emergency. I was told the reception that I have my emergency yesterday and their don’t have the time or staff to see my poor injured baby. NO companions with my injured Elvis. They didn’t even ask how he was and what they didn’t to him. They didn't want to take care of my boy. You become a Dr. to take care of the animal in needs. They don’t have the same values at Merritt’s

As a new client, received terrible customer service. Was not informed until I had been sitting waiting for 20 minutes with a very agitated cat that none of the Drs would be available to see us...apparently due to an emergency. Would have appreciated a call to let me know this ahead of time. Won't be returning.

If you just need a prescription refilled, they want you to bring your animal in so they can charge more.

I found the staff to be friendly and polite. The facility was clean. waiting time short and the staff and vets are helpful and informative.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are friendly and informative. Vet gave detailed description on vaccines and different treatments for my pets. Gave advice for treatments and how to even go about financially saving for future vet trips. Overall a great facility

I LOVE the vets at Merritt! Dr Bell and Dr Kate are amazing. They take the time to make you feel welcome and appreciate your business. I don't know what those other ratings are talking about! I love the service and the prices only help!

Please do not take your pet here! They may be cheaper but the saying is true, you get what you pay for. I would never take my dog here.

We were not very satisfied with the service provided. There were not very companionate about our dog when he was very very sick. We brought our new dog into see them and it was almost closing time and the vet was very abrupt with us never looking at the new pup making us feel rushed because they were closing the doors and had to go home. We did not return to there clinic as we didn't like there mannerism.
