I emailed this location in February to request the give a second opinion on a cat. I was requesting a urinalysis. Unfortunately they never responded. A few months later I PHONED them for an appointment for an unrelated issue. No returned call. The vet here clearly does not care about pets if they are unreachable and if they cannot return any form of communication to the customer. The only method I'm aware of would be to go in person to book an appointment, and who does that?

Started bringing our dog to see Dr. K three years ago when we moved to Courtice. All of the staff are caring and welcoming. Nothing but good Experiences here.

Receptionist and vet tech were wonderful. My daughter and I have had issues with both of our dogs here. I had taken my schnauzer there with health issues and he was diagnosed with diabetes, blindness and a penile issue. Because of his age, euthanasia was decided. Before the euthanasia was performed, he was taken in the back without my presence to receive a sedative shot. When the vet brought him back and his tongue was hanging out of his mouth and had a blank stare. He was already dead. The vet proceeded with the "euthanasia" pretending that the dog wasn't already deceased. I hope he didn't suffer. My daughter's Boston Terrier began to lose hair and became quite lethargic and lost an alarming amount of weight. This doctor did blood work and diagnosed him with liver issues. A supplement for his food was prescribed. After several months the dog was diagnosed with thyroid issues and since being medicated, he's back to his old self! We're sad he had to suffer that long.

I’ve had a few dogs over the last 25 years and I’ve gone to 5 veterinary clinics. For the price, they can’t be beat! For looking after my dogs she is second to none. I moved away but soon realized it’s worth the drive. I truly appreciate her kindness.

I went here for a concern with my cat after a referral from family. The vet was determined to medicate my cat for something he didn't have (vet tech confirmed this) & I had to argue with the vet to even look at the concern I originally arrived for after spending the majority of the appointment looking & testing for something completely different. When she finally looked at the concern at hand, she immediately diagnosed the worst possible situation with no such compassion or other options & tried to push pain medication on my senior cat without so much as a blood test prior to medicating (also, for pain which he does not currently show to be having.) Lastly, she kept attempting to shove a handful of food which he did not desire, without asking me if I was okay with it or if he had allergies to any foods, into his face during the appointment. So while the front desk staff & vet tech were amazing, I will never bring my pet to this location again nor will I ever recommend anyone to do so.

I have a sick pet rabbit. She was not eating, drinking or going to the bath room. I was told that this clinic did not look after bunnies but I could talk the vet any way. When I explained the symptoms to the vet she asked how old my rabbit is and I told her 4 years old. The Vet then said "She's done"(meaning the rabbit) Shocked and horrified that a medical provider could respond this way I asked "what do you mean she is done." She told me that rabbits do not have a long life but she would look at her when she was finished with her present patient. I was so taken aback by her lack of compassion for not only our family pet but also for what I was going through with a sick bunny. I left the clinic and went to the Oshawa Veterinary hospital on Taunton Road where they were more than happy to help us. so although the girls at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful I would not go back to the Rosswell clinic nor would I recommend it.

I needed caring veterinary attention for a stray cat we brought into our house. Being a retired senior I looked for affordable costs. Dr. Samina was very supportive and helpful within my budget limits. All the staff are very friendly and service was quick, while all of my questions were answered completely.

I have recently switched to this clinic and have been very happy with the service. Their prices are reasonable which is refreshing compared to many other clinics in ths area. They have provided excellent care for my dogs including one surgery. We have not felt pressured in any way to provide un-needed medications or injections.

My cat was sick and my regular vet was not in that day. I contacted this vet and once I explained the situation they were able to work to have my cats records sent over and was able to see me that day! I could see this vet truly cares about the animals. It was great affordable service! Dr. Kausar recommended a treatment that worked without a lot of medication or expense. The staff at this clinic is very welcoming and truly care! What a refreshing change from other clinic I have experienced!
