My animal was one of many that died at this nasty clinic. Not sure how these 2 Vet'scor quacks got licensed in Canada. Stay away from this place if you care about your pets. The good reviews about them are fake.

Such an irresponsible and careless vet. At first, we assumed he was a great expert. He gave medication for our dog's liver issues for nearly a year. A few days ago, we took our sick dog to his clinic, and to our surprise this vet claims to not remember our pet's liver issues, when in reality, we've been taking our dog to his clinic daily since the end of June due to the fact that our dog has been sick for weeks. Our puppy struggled, and was literally dead because the vet gave him an overdose of sedation. His liver shrank, partially because of the overdose, and unfortunately, our beloved pet passed away a few days ago. Do NOT go to this clinic if you truly care about your pet.

My dog 2 years 3 months passed away last Friday, I have been going here for a year and last 3 weeks I did go like 8 times to this clinic - each time X ray and I almost spend $550 min - if the dog was so sick, how can you not diagnose earlier and give proper treatment - why last day the Xray you did....mentioned multiple issues. continuous days we went and still no proper diagnosis or treatment. This clinic says 24 hours but don't have any facilities..no IV fluids...anyone goes there - just they will do xray blood tests...nothing else....finally we have lost our puppy. I am extremely disappointed for improper diagnosis or treatment.

Very irresponsible, and during this COVID phase, I would recommend not to go to this clinic - day time looters - my dog almost died by the vet - we have been going there for a year now and the vet does not even remember what was the treatment he was going through....he almost died. I still believe that the vet gave overdose and nothing worked for my dog....each time you go to this clinic...all they know is swipe your card....3 times Xrays, no diagnosis and then went back after 10 days....X rays again......I almost spent like 1900 in a matter of 10 days and had to take my dog to another clinic where he survivied......no xrays were needed by the other vet. They just advertise 24 hrs open just to swipe your credit card but hardly any care or proper diagnosis, I am very disappointed with this vet and the clinic.

This vet is truly exceptional. He is very caring, compassionate, honest and spends time with my dogs. Thorough vet. I stumbled upon this clinic by chance and I’m SO glad I did because I know my dogs are in great hands.

Dr. Dabhia is a exceptional vet. Out of all the vets I have been to he has been the most honest, supportive and compassionate vet. He is very understand and went above and beyond for my dog. I wish I would have known about Dr. Dabhia from the early stages of my dogs life because I have had such an amazing experience with him. I have referred multiple people to him and they all love him. Highly recommend. ALWAYS ON TIME AND IS ON CALL FOR ANIMALS!

This is the first time that I found a vet who cares about my dog and not about the cost. He takes into account that we all love our pet and want the best for them but we cannot always afford the high cost. His prices were amazing compared to my original vet.

My mother takes our family dog Itoh to Dr Dhabia and she is blown away by how caring he is. Our dog was on his last legs but Dr Dhabia determined exactly what tests he needed and put him on the right medication right away, often seeing him with very short notice. Our dog has made a fantastic recovery but more than that, my mom found the entire staff and Dr Dhabia very patient, empathetic and extremely fair with his pricing. Her one regret is that it took us this long to find him. We have been to different vets over the years and he is the real deal. (I am not affiliated with the clinic in any way).

Stay away from this horrible vet.
1. He and his staff are liars.
2. He does not meet a minimum standard of practice.
My cat needed a dental cleaning. We were quoted a cost for x-rays and we told that if any teeth needed to be extracted, an x-ray would be done and we would be contacted before any decisions were made.
What happened? Numerous teeth were extracted. We received no contact regarded the extractions and we found out they don't even have an x-ray machine at the facility. He gave us the extracted teeth afterwards and they didn't even look that bad. So my cat may have had teeth unnecessarily extracted AND we have no idea if all the bad teeth are actually gone. Sometimes teeth can look fine on top, but who knows what's going on under the gumline.
I am disgusted the actions of this animal hospital and the sickening people who work here. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Take your pets elsewhere for dental care.

Just had dog groomed by Vanessa. Was promised a 20% discount for grooming, but was refused when I questioned pricing. Asked to speak to Vet. Refused. Groomer offered 20% discount. I asked that it be mailed. Refused.

This clinic saved my cat!! The doctor was on his way home when I rushed in with a very upset and sick kitty! He stayed late on his night off just to help my 17 year old cat. Thank you to all of you at Bristol animal hospital! I am so glad to have found you!

Dr Dabhia and his team are awesome. My Labrador Macy has been through a lot in her 3 years. 2 tplo surgeries that dr. Dabhia and an orthopaedic surgeon did at his clinic. He truly loves animals. He kept Macy for the first week after her sugery giving her wonderful care. Macy just loves him and he her. He has always been available for us. He is way more than just our vet I consider him to be a dear friend as well. His team are polite and truly care about my lab. Dr. Dabhia is a kind and gentle man that always puts your pet first. His prices are fabulous and never will he play on your emotions in time of crisis like most vets do. I now live an hour away and I drive to him and will never leave his clinic. I only wish we had found Dr. Dabhia earlier. He and his team are the most compassionate Vet team we have ever dealt with. They truly care for your pet and they don't hesitate to give them a hug at each appointment. But they are also aware that your pet is part of your family. They provide you with information that will allow you to make decisions as a family that is in the best interest of your pet. I can also say that their rates are very reasonable. This is based on experiences I have had with other clinics. I would highly recommend the Bristol Animal Clinic. Their compassion and professionalism is second to none.

Bristol Veterinary Hospital is a fantastic Animal Hospital. They take exceptional care of their patients and provide very thorough check-ups for very feasible prices. My dog loves going there, they have such a clean and positive atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff.I would highly recommend going to this hospital!

I am a certified professional Veterinary Assistant and I have been working with Dr.Dabhia for almost a year now and can honestly say that his work is remarkable, We have so many satisfied Clients and Patients with us because they see how much Dr. Dabhia loves animals, he is a very professional, knowledgeable doctor and has NEVER had any animal die on his watch like the reviews have stated, he does not neglect his patients, he treats them like family, the only way to prove it, is to come meet Dr.Dabhia yourself, I rated this all 5 stars because of the remarkable commitment the doctor makes working every day 24/7 to help any pets he can at an affordable rate, what else could you ask for ? Worst Vet I have ever seen, he killed our cat.
You must think twice before you step into this clinic, vets are not cheap, you pay only $ 50 to be seen by vet after mid night ! Must be a reason for that.
I wanna warn everyone and tell the truth about this place, the vet has no medical knowledge what so ever, staff seem never look animal lover or obtained any certificate to work in this field.
Here is what happened, we took our 13 years old after midnight to be examined for trouble breathing, the vet wasn't there and the reception ( was male ) yelled at us saying that we have to call to make an appointment before we just walk in however there web site says there are 24/7, anyway the vet came in after 20 mins wait and looked very sleepy, didn't greet any of us, didn't spend enough time to examine out cat ( $ 50 worth less than 5 minutes ).
Asked for a lot of work, x.ray and blood sample and we agreed hope that we can reach the diagnosis, we spent over $ 700 and his prices to d
