Love Dr. Alex. I hold her in the highest regard; very knowledgable, patient in answering questions and offering explanations, eager to help and easy to talk to. Her receptionists, Kelly and Linda have probably had a few bad days, as Kelly hung up on me yesterday, twice, did not answer my 2 emails, took 5 days to ship the supplements and today when I was going over my shipping options with Linda, at some point she started speaking tome as if I was hard of hearing or unable to understand her... Their attitudes are absolutely not reflective of the super knowledgable and compassionate Dr. Alex I spoke to on the phone. Go figure...
