I found the receptionist and tech assistants to be rude, and I resented being told that I would be charged a certain amount and then being charged much more. I found that they were very expensive and seemed to be more concerned about money than anything else. I was surprised to be told that they did not have the facilities to bathe animals for medical reasons as opposed to cosmetic ones. It took me about a month to get an appointment, which means that if you have an emergency you should look elsewhere. I also found that the receptionist and tech assistants gave medical advice I thought was inappropriate as they are not vets.

Best Veterinarian by far living & practicing in Rosedale! Dr. Lindsay Paterson is likely one of the most conscientious and considerately caring veterinarians I have ever come across in the past decade plus of both owning dogs & providing veterinary nursing, as an animal care professional myself. She also brings the "small town doctor" feel to her very personal small practice where quality of care provided is here highest concern rather than volume of possible invoicing for the patients billing. Lindsay is highly knowledgable and open minded to numerous holistic and preventative approaches within the modern field of proactive veterinary medicine. Just can't recommend her personable caring concern enough for supporting the optimal well being of your precious fur-babies. Their modern facilities are superlatively hygienic & the clinic prides itself on compassionate & considerate client care no matter who you are; affluent or not all are treated with respectful exemplary care!!
