On September 4th 2015 I placed a call into the office of compassionate care due to a refill for flea and heartworm medication being denied from their online store. I asked the receptionist why this request was denied and she said because she is due for a heartworm test in October, I kindly asked why I wouldn't be able to get at least this months supply, and she replied well we can do that but that's it until she gets her test done, in a very snarky short manner. I replied that I am considering taking my dogs elsewhere. She then said okay. Not once during this whole conversation did she offer to set up an appointment, or place the order for the 2 month supply she said I would be able to get. I have been taking my dogs there for a little over a year, and I don't feel like they know what customer service is. I would not recommend anyone go to this veterinarians office.
