I am sure that the Dr. Is compenet....however his total lack of compassion or warmth just made a bad day worse.He is pompous and he never smiled the entire time .I've never met anyone so cold and I’m sure that I never will.

I brought a dog friend in, whose dog needed to be put down. Dr. Mike Mogavero was compassionate and respectful to both the dog, owner and myself. I appreciated his kindness and would highly recommend the West Park Animal Hospital..... Kim Porter

Staff is incompetent. Vets are condescending and do not treat owners with respect.

I rated the pervious one after my first visit, i was so amazed because the old one we went was just TOO bad. after serval visits I found out that this clinic is not as good as i said yet its not bad. After doing the blood test, the vet was supposed to tell me the result on the next day which they waited for a week to do so. My dog threw up yesterday again so I just looked at the blood report again, and noticed that the report recommended to have another check up in 4 weeks, 2 months has passed and the vet has never talked anything about it. They charge people really expensive compared to Toronto ones but not so such differences with other vet clinics in Hamilton area
