5/16/25	1	1	1	1	The first time I went I was very happy with everything. The prices are too high but someone helped me bring my pup in then put back in my car. I have a problem walking and I was thrilled with the help. Not the second time. I walked in and asked for help and the person at the desk have me a dirty look and her time of voice was nasty ! Said I was 15 minutes late ! I was 7 minutes late by their clock on the wall above her head ! Told me I have to make another appointment ! Said I am never coming back ! I thought to myself when has any vet been on time with us !
2/22/20	1	1	1	1	The prices are outrageous. About 2-3 times more than other veterinarians. The front staff person lacked professionalism and was not courteous at all. We ended up having to take our dog to another vet because this one did not properly assess the situation. Thankfully, the vet in Welland knew what he was doing and our dog was treated appropriately and is good now. We do not recommend this veterinary clinic at all.

3/14/18	5	5	5	5	The people here are so sweet and helpful. While some of the treatments/diagnostics can get pricey (which is normal), they do their best to make absolute sure it is all necessary, and take care to be up front and realistic with you about it all.
3/6/18	5	5	5	5	We were seeking an alternative vet. who could provide us with the utmost care while also being mindful of making the cost of care manageable for Clients. The care of my little guy is so very important, and I often worry about the day that I would have to make the decision to prolong a procedure due to its costly nature. Heartland puts the care of their patients first by providing appropriate payment plans for their clients so that I never have to worry about making the decision between affordability and the care my little guy needs. This demonstrates that in addition to caring for their patients they also establish a sense of trust between clinic and client.

11/18/17	5	5	5	5	Nikki and Dr Gallagher were amazing and very helpful. The facility was clean and spacious. They answered all my questions and gave me my 1st treatment free which was great! I highly recommend for young adults who have never taken their pets to the vet before.

The vet (Dr. Nicole) is the BEST in town..I know that when my animals are in distress the staff and the Dr. are going to give my fur kids the VERY BEST!!! Yes vet care is expensive but so is everything today... Sometimes you get what you pay for..
11/14/15	2	2	2	1	I went to heartland as we were searching for a new vet for a new addition to our family. The vet concentrated more on trying to sell me on the monthly plan than she did trying to discuss my pet. They charged more than the other clinics in the area and it wasn't worth a penny. The dollar is much more important to them the the health of an animal.
4/24/15	5	5	5	1	The staff, including the vet, are friendly and professional. But wow, they sure charge and arm and a leg for things! Seriously!! Their prices are about 75% higher than any of the surrounding veterinarians even in the surrounding cities. They advertise a special, even some things "free" but that is only if you pay for something else at an over-inflated price. Seriously 75% more than other vets! Which makes me question why they are in the business. Very very disappointed to see this kind of greed from a profession that is supposed to be about helping animals.
