He was recommended by a neighbor for neutering pet goats. He ending up paralyzing one of my goats when restraining him. He is hard to get a hold of, can only leave messages and he does not respond to his messages in a timely fashion. He seems more considered about going to his next appointment rather than making sure the animal he is working on is okay. I had to hire another vet to put the pet goat down because Dave would not respond and follow thru.
