Click to report rating    4/9/19   1     3     3     1   Before oncologist Dr. Sarah Kraiza examined our dog to give us a professional diagnostic, she blantly asked us who was going to amputate our dog's leg, the veterinarian who gave us the referral or herself. Ultimately our dog didn"t have cancer, therefore didn"t need an amputation. Dr. Kraiza showed not compassion nor empathy towards our family; she saw our endearing border collie only as means for financial profit. Very heartbreaking and dessapointing. RID: 67888

5/31/16   1     1     1     1   Horrible experience . the doctor( Jacquelin Garcin) was *very* incompetent ,argumentative ,rude and helpless . She only cared about the money and not our poor cat. She basically killed him for negligence and malpractice . I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy . RID: 60742
Click to report rating    12/17/14   3     3     2     1   If your pet has cancer do NOT take the animal here. There is only one board certified oncologist and her name is Dr.Sarah Kraiza. This Doctor is rude, egotistical and has absolutely no compassion whatsoever. She clearly doesnt care about the animals welfare and its all about money.Due to this,I have found another Onco who is much better.Recently I met a couple who took their dog here but left the practice for the reasons I mentioned. There are much better facilities. Trying to get any info or explanations about cancer treatment from this Dr,is nearly impossible. Please, for the sake of your furry friend,go elsewhere. RID: 55063
