I took my oldest dog in for heart worm and to get her shots updated. When I was there I made an appointment for my younger dog for the same. I also wanted to get the youngest fully checked over since I just adopted him. Everything went fine with my oldest dog. When I came back for the appointment with my youngest dog, the vet didn't know why I was there. Same vet, same hospital staff. Ok fine, so I explained that my dog was just adopted and he needed to be fully checked over and that I needed a heart worm test and to get him on heart worm medicine. My dog was checked over and the heart worm test was never done. They said I never said anything and that if I wanted to bring him back in I would be charged for another visit.
One other incident is when I took my cat into get checked out. The doctor never did any blood tests and only gave her eye medicine for her eyes. She almost lost an eye and got very sick. I will never go back to the Veterinarian. They are the worst!

Great vet! I have been with them for 5 years. They are really amazing. They have late hours and weekend hours to help you find a time that works for you. They remind me of when I need shots, they take care of nail triming for me. And I work with a rescue and they have assisted in some emergency items for our group. They really know how to take care of their patients!
