The vets are great. The support staff (front desk clerk - one in particular) are rude and condescending and make it so you don't want to call or go there. And what is the point of having a text call back if they don't call back.

Staff are compassionate and skilled at what they do. These people truly care for animals and extend themselves to provide quality care.

I have used this clinic several times as they are one of the few that handle horses in this area I also had my dogs shots done there, had to wait almost an hour even though I had an appointment for the shots. For my horse the experience was much worse. Seemed I had to diagnose my horse for the vet and she gave him the wrong drugs (without my consent I might add) which may have lead to his death. Later when I confronted the clinic about this they continued to brush me off and wouldn't even lower the bill even though the vet had given him the wrong drugs and given me false information also about his condition. They still refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing!! A horrible clinic! Don't take your pets there!
