My sisters dog sliced her foot wide open and it was pouring blood everywhere, we called this place to get details on if they were open and if we could bring her and they told me that a cut paw is not an emergency and they won't take her, but told us to take her to the kitchener emergency vet. the paw was bleeding worse than I had ever seen anything bleed, she had skinned and sliced the whole top of her paw almost down to bone.
We called a different vet in aylmer and they were appalled that london would turn us away and tell us to go somewhere else, aylmer recommended us to just show up to london, so we drove into London and they took our dog into the room, not even 5 minutes later came out saying that our dog wasn't even bleeding. They didn't even take the towel off her paw we had taped on to get her there. Didn't even look at her but telling us it's not an emergency. they gave us our dog and told us they wont take her and told us to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible experience. My dog was puking from 3pm-11:30. Brought him in around 11:30, had to put a 2,100.00 deposit down when we came in. They stated they wanted him to stay 3 nights which is around $3,000. For an X-ray done and said his liver was inflammed and he has pancreatis. My boyfriend called them at 5am to get an update and they said the vet will call you in a few hours. Few hours go by no call so we called, said the same thing and you will get a call in a few hours. My dog was there for 14 hours and did not get a call one time! We called the office 7 times and even our vet had tried to call to get a progress report. After all of this 14 hours later my dog is fine and can go home. Never will I go back there or recommend anyone to take their animals there. Seems like all they wanted was us to pay and they tried anything to keep our dog there when he was totally fine. What a joke!

Dr. K. Campbell was awesome! She knew actually what my dog Meeka needed for her upset tummy and diarrhea. She explained all my options and gave me honest advise. From waiting room, to vet tech, to doctor - all the staff were great. It was well worth the wait to ensure my little girl was ok and get the medical advice we needed.

After $150 and nearly 5 hours of waiting around was told my cat would be ok with antibiotics took her her home and not four hours later she was dead I would never go there again or recommend them to anyone I could diagnose my cat better by using the internet

We were referred here by our family vet for our seven year old shorkie. We were all treated with compassionate professionals who took time to explain everything and answer all our questions until we thoroughly understood the situation. We felt we were leaving her in the best possible care. We noticed their attention to detail and the ease of communication. Dr Woods was accessible to answer our concerns. We are lucky that there was a very happy ending with a good prognosis, and feel the staff was just as relieved as we were. Would not hesitate to recommend this clinic when special care or testing is needed.

We had to bring our cat in late one night when his back legs stopped working. The vet that was there was very understanding and extremely caring. We ended up having to put our little guy down that night and all the staff were wonderful to us. It was very hard for us to do and they let us have as much time as we needed before putting him down. They also sent us a card in the mail a couple days later, which was so nice and thoughtful of them. I would definatley use there services again if ever needed! Keep up the good work. and thanks again!
