You cannot go wrong with Dr. Russell and all his staff. Professional, kind and down to earth. He not only does right by the animals that come in, but also right by the people. I cannot say enough about how great this vet office is, and to prove it? I take my animals there, I trust him!!!

I can't say enough about Dr. Russell and the staff at Grace Veterinary Hospital. They are kind, professional and Dr. Russell is excellent!

Dr. Russell and his staff are very caring, kind and compassionate. DR. Russell is very upfront about costs and when he provides a quote, will also provide a range and promises not to exceed the top limit of the quote. Can't say enough good things about Grace!

Adrian Russell while a very proficient vet....certainly has a lot to learn as far as treatment of senior staff goes.Commenting and whispering behind their back with junior staff sets a very bad example of professionalism. Good luck to all who work for him...I am sure you will in time agree. The lady he just fired worked tirelessly and for free to set up his business. I suppose Adrian gave her what she deserved. Vilma deserved better treatment front Adrian and Cheryl.

Dr. Russel is excellent. A smart, compassionate vet who knows his stuff and is truly in it for the animals. I've worked with this clinic with my fosters for a local rescue and will be switching all my own animals to his clinic. He is always available for questions and his staff is very polite and accomadating! I recommend Grace vet to everyone!

Staff is amazing, helpful and compassionate. Love Dr Russell, he gives you all the time your animal needs and discusses treatment options. I have dogs and cats, have had different medical issues with them, always given treatment options. Recommend them any time.

This hospital is great the staff are friendly and very knowledgable. Dr Russell is very professional and easy to talk to. He listens to all our concerns and does not talk over our leve of understanding. We highly recommend his hospital

I didn't even set foot within this hospital, I simply called them to inquire about pricing. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was rude and did not seem to want to speak to me. I was on hold for 10 minutes before she asked me if she could call me back when she was less busy. 20 minutes later I got my call back. This sort of inattentiveness for a simple question was very unprofessional, and I do not plan on taking my cats here.
