Always late for their appointments, which basically means nothing to them. They often have no doctor in the practice, so don't try stopping in for an emergency, because you will not be seen until they call one to come in, at which point your pet will already be sicker or worse. Disorganized record keeping. My cat is now in the care of another vet. Highly unrecommended.
