They always call to see who my animals are doing and Dr. SCOTT always works out what will cause the least anxiety. Love her. She just pulled 10 teeth and I was so worried. She called me right after.

I brought my dog in for the first time for one vaccine she needed and they said I had to get the full annual exam which came to 140 dollars and the exam took 2 minutes. I felt they didn't even look my dog over. They failed to tell me a fecal sample was included so I didn't bring that. I also brought in my other dog. Again failed to tell me about the fecal sample, they spent 2 minutes doing an exam, never said anything about concerns I had with my dog they just entered it into the computer. They pressured me into heartworm testing which I couldn't afford at that visit, never called to see how my dog was after vaccines and never called to give me fecal results and heart worm testing results. Spent almost 300 at last visit and felt my dog didn't get the best care. Definitely not going there anymore. Animal Hospital seems more professional.

The new front desk person is the rudest person I have come across in a very long time...She doesn't know how to treat the public.
