Yaps and yaps nonstop about nonsense during procedure while you're trying to mourn for your pet. I don't want to hear you talk about your day, my damn dog is dying.

This is a so-called mobile “end-of-life” vet used to administer euthanasia in home to a dying pet.
Unfortunately after a battle with several illnesses my beloved cat Coco needed to be gently put down. On the above-mentioned day with a broken heart I called this doctor to inquire of her schedule and advise her of the dire situation.
I understand that it was a holiday and I reasonably did not expect her to answer so I left a message on her voice-mail. I did expect her to call me with some compassion either that evening or the next morning. She did neither. I waited all the next day with Coco in very bad state, until I could not stand it any longer and I packed up my little boy and drove him to my regular vet where he became stressed and had to endure his last hour in that state. I was and still am infuriated; this type of behavior is unprofessional and discourteous. I have spoken to my vet now that I am less bereaved and have asked her not to recommend this college again.
