Owner Dr Robert Ostrowski, DVM on our last visit kept us waiting for an hour with a cat in respiratory distress - Dr came in/out of office several times offering no options - then after an hour stated that their x-ray machine had been disassembled that morning and they had no oxygen chamber. Dr STILL OFFERED NO OPTIONS. When originally called in to advise of symptoms we should NEVER had been advised to bring our Patches there. In the end we ran him to Ottawa Vet emerg on Boyd (GREAT) they put him right in oxygen. He had a chance - and less suffering... Patches began to do better but had a setback later that evening and was put down peacefully. INSULT to injury was for Ostrowski to CHARGE us for his INEPTITUDE...AND NO SERVICE. On a previous occassion we set up apt for a blood test with no check-up (not to charge us) Oddly Dr Ostrowski entered, and looked at Patches before he was taken back for blood -then charged us - We refused to pay and that was worked out - MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR!
