Our dog unfortunately has bad teeth and we have had several vets remove what needed to be removed. However Downey Vets offered the best plan and we were able to take our time paying it off. The staff never pressure us and are always friendly. They understand we love our dog but we are limited in funds. So they help us as much as they can, without cutting the care of our dog or making us feel like bad. Instead they greet us with smiles and treats for our dog.

I never write reviews, much less on vets who I have always felt were similar to mechanics, plumbers and electricians $$$$. Honestly, there are not enough words to describe how truly impressed I was with Downy. I found them online looking for an "affordable" vet, thinking there wasn't such a thing and Downy came up. Still doubting I decided to call. We have several issues with our dog and Dr. Toxopeus was truly amazing. She presented initial low costs tests that I didn't know existed!! Trust me when I say you won't be disappointed and I won't be seeing anyone else in the future.

Friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. I would recommend this practice to anyone, and indeed have already steered people their way. Dr Lori is an absolute gem. They have restored my shattered faith in veternary practice and I can't praise them enough,
