This is the best vet clinic we've ever used over the past 20 years of pet ownership. Staff are friendly and efficient, the facilities are clean and modern, and the doctors...outstanding! Our dog actually walks in without a fuss (and has many times). The vets are great diagnosticians, gentle and kind. They listen to you as you tell them about your pet's problem. They don't over prescribe or over charge. They have skilled surgeons and care enough to follow-up. Our praise cannot be high enough.

We have 3 boxers and have seen all the vets at this office, all the vets are amazing. They are all polite and professional never had a bad experience. We started using Noel back in the year 2000.

horrible receptions, rude and uncaring vets, not willing to actually find out the problem just alot of guesswork. no empathy for the pets or the owners. the prices are good, but the service is terrible. do not go here!

Dr. Noel C. is one of the rudest people I've ever met. I'm sure his business will suffer as I was treated poorly. I assure you that I was polite, professional with my questions and he cut me off, was rude and uncaring. It is no wonder techs and staff turnover is high. I think he is unbalanced and without any social skills whatsoever. I don't recommend even having a conversation with him, never mind bringing my pets here. I have 3 dogs and even suggested to my family member to bring her 2 cats here. I'm sure he drive his own business in the ground. Go elsewhere. He doesn't deserve the business.

Top dollar fees for very quick appointments. I found that not much time is spent with the animal or owner. I felt basically rushed out as fast as possible every time. Misdiagnosed my dog and then charged me another $80 when I returned to inform the problem was still there. Another high speed visit and more drug to treat another "guess". Won't be back.

I own and breed dogs and I use this vet for all my non-emergency needs. This is a smaller practice with two full time vets at the time of this review. Prices are reasonable and they are punctual with their appointment times even around the 4 - 6 pm mark which I find is rare for city vets. Keep in mind Dr. Catrysse used to be a country vet so if you are looking for some one to suck up to you and gush over your pet, he is not the vet for you. But if you care about honesty, experience, and value ... in my opinion this practice is very hard to beat. I speak from experience, I've worked 8 years in the pet industry and have used/currently use 5 different Winnipeg vet clinics and 1 rural vet, depending on the services I require.

Was referred to this clinic for my pet. Dr. N. Catrysse is a very difficult vet to deal with when it comes to showing any empathy to your pet and yourself as the pet owner. I think most people go there because of the lower prices this clinic charges but it is a small facility with limited clinical resources. As for Dr. Catrysse, his bedside manner is not very good especially if he is dealing with a very sick animal. I had an emergency situation with my pet and in my humble opinion, he did not treat my pet or myself very well. I ended up having to find another vet clinic quickly that was willing to help my pet. I as a long time pet owner would not feel comfortable in referring any other pet owner to this clinic for any type of treatment for a cat or a dog. There are other excellent vet clinics in this city. Please do your homework. If you truly love your pets, I would strongly encourage you to seek another clinic than this one.

Wonderful staff and great value. My cat was seen promptly and I was not pressured into any unnecessary treatment. We will be using this clinic from now on.

Have been taking my pets here for a couple of years. He seems to have a high turn over in techs/reception but most are pleasant. Dr. Catrysse's bedside manner can be a little rough but he's old school. He doesn't do anything unnecessary and he has a lot of experience. He came to my home to euthanize my cat who was failing due to cancer, and we appreciated that so much because it made our cat more comfortable in his last minutes. Overall we are happy with him as a vet and will continue to use him as our primary vet for routine medical care.

I am horrified at the experience that I have had with my dog at Catrysse. It seems as though Dr. Catrysse, firstly - has very poor communication and social skills, in addition to being incompetent at looking at solutions to long term problems in prescribing medication to stop symptoms but not treat the actual problem. Yes - the prices are right, but in my opinion a good price is not worth poor service, care and attitude.

This is by far the best veternarian place I've been to for my pups! Compassion goes a long way to us animal lovers. My two firends who were there thought Dr Catryesse and his staff were amazing as well So I'm writing this review for 3 people.Jasmine

Dr Catrysse and Dr Peterson are phenomenal! Great clinic with great staff and fair prices. Never any game playing or trying to sell you services you don't need. Highly recommend!

The staff at the clinic are warm and personable, there is no doubt they care for their patients. The clinic is clean and modern. I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment. The fees charged are always fair, but best of all Dr. Catrysse and Dr. Fisk are both great to work with and take the time to review all information with you.

Took our puppy there for her shots and a check up. Dr Catrysse seems very good, no bull honest type of person. Will be going back soon to get our puppy spayed. Seems like a wonderfull place and friendly staff.

I have been a dedicated client for over 12 yrs. Dr. Catrysse recently moved to Winnipeg and opened his new clinic. The old clinic was out of the city, but still worth every minute of the drive. Now in winnipeg, it's even better! He has spayed/neutered my pets, treated every health issue with success. Very gentle, friendly, and compasionate to the animals. He always gives great advise. The staff follows under his footsteps (friendly/compasionate/gentle with the animals) I highly recommend Dr. Catrysse and trust his opinion fully.
