I worked there as a receptionist when I was younger and in community college.
From the beginning, the head receptionist that I had to work with (Amy) was rude, disrespectful, and immature. Outright bully. She also pulled gullible new hires into her unprofessional, toxic behavior. She was vile about customers when they were out of earshot.
The veterinarians overlooked it because she had been there for a long time (that was her endgame). Not to mention she would put on a sickeningly disturbing, sugary act in front of the vets.
After I stopped working there, years later, someone who was stalking me went into that vet clinic, claimed to be a family member, and one of the other receptionists, Debbie, gave her my address and phone number they had on file. Stalker goes to the old address and begins harassing my family who lived there. All while trying to find me to do me harm. Had to file a police report because of it.
Illegal, moronic, and incompetent.

We have been bringing our puppy to Greystone vet from the beginning. The Dr. is very experienced and able to explain everything thoroughly. We have had a few experiences with our dog getting sick, the Dr. was able to give us various options and talk us through everything. And always follows up with phone calls to ensure everything is ok. The staff are always so helpful and nice and the facility is kept in well condition.

I passed by to inquire about dental work for my senior golden retriever and the staff were friendly and informative. It wasn't a super-busy day so they gave me quotes for the procedure, explained the details, gave me some options and the costs up front... then they scheduled her for that afternoon. By the end of the day I'd picked up my dog and paid the bill, which was reasonably priced with no hidden fees and exactly what I was told earlier. I would not hesitate to return to this vet clinic again.

I was extremely impressed with this clinic, the veterinarian and his staff. They were kind, very informative and treated my senior dog very gently. The clinic is very clean and the vet took the time to explain my dog's newly diagnosed heart condition carefully, providing me with lots of information. The staff is really polite and offered a treat to my dog after she was finished with her appointment. Even the prices were reasonable! I would definitely go back :)

We initially went to another Vet after reading rave reviews for our pup's first appt. The Vet there prescribed canned food & laxative to our 10 weeks old when we told him that our pup wasn't pooping enough. We later found out that we were under feeding him. So our pup stopped eating his kibbles as the canned food was so tasty :/. So we came here for 2nd opinion. Amazing experience! Dr. is super nice and can tell he loves animals. He answered all of our questions & reassured us. Staff was friendly. Clean new clinic.

Very impressed with this animal hospital. Staff was so friendly and the Dr. was very knowledgeable and explained the full procedure that needs to be done. My lil doggy even got a treat after! Definitely recommend this place.

My dog is 15 year old rescue dog and I had her nails clipped, anal glands emptied, and her teeth cleaned. She came through with flying colours. The clinic is close to my home in the Greystone Plaza in North Burnaby where the dry cleaners used to be. Very reasonably priced and professional staff.

I took my 2 dogs for teeth cleanup and I was very happy with the staff and the services. They allowed my to put my dogs in the kennel myself which decreased their stress and they even put a heating pad under my chihuahua so that she was not cold. The clinic just opened very close to my home (north Burnaby) which is a bonus since there is no clinic close by and their prices are very reasonables.Thank you for the great job.
