This is a business. It's too bad I can't write a lengthy praise because of the care first (business second). Many lab tests when I know they can tell what it is by just looking at it and could prescribe immediately. They make a killing on extensive tests.

Beyond angry. My 12 year old chihuahua (like my child) woke up very Ill this am. Considering his age I brought him to the vet expecting the worst and arrived to a young female vet who tried from minute 1 to sell me on all the things I "needed" to pay for in order to determine what was wrong. I expressed that I knew he was aging and was not going to put him through trauma (fasting 12 hours, series of xRays, removal of a series of rotten teeth under anasthesia, antibiotics, pain killers... I'm not kidding this was the list she expected me to agree to for a 12 yr old dog). Once I said no (with gentle force, she was persistent) she told me if I didn't agree to buying at least the antibiotics and the pain killers she would report me to the humane society for animal abuse! What???? I'm an animal lover who donates thousands to animals every yr. I paid my bill for the check up, expressed my anger and left immediately. Beware for so many disgusting reasons. More interested in $ than dog
