What a Great Vet. Have tried other clinics in the city, this one is by far the much better. Dr Jack has offered phone consults, prompt followups, appointments that day in an emergency. Very through in examinations. Front end staff Melisa is very good. Offers advise on the phone and provides followup with Dr jack when concerns or questions raised. Pricing is very reasonable.

This is the best vet I have ever had, hands down. I have 2 dogs, a large Cane Corso and a small Morkie. My Corso is anxious in public and can act out aggressively. He lunged and Dr. Jack had to leave the room. We muzzled him and moved on with the exam. The true test of any vet (for me) is what happens in an emergency. Recently, my boy had 12 hrs of diarrhea. I called HPVC first thing and Melissa said it would be difficult to get him in that day. I asked if I could drop off a stool sample (I suspected a parasite). If the test confirmed a parasite, then I hoped I could just pick up meds. I had little hope Dr. Jack would agree to this as most vet's insist the dog be examined (exam fee) but Dr. Jack agreed! I dropped off a stool sample, he asked a few more questions and then sent me home with antibiotics. Overall, he is awesome. I feel like Dr. Jack genuinely cares about my dogs best interests and I genuinely like him very much.
