	5/29/15	1	2	1	1	Surprise up charges after the fact. Rude unpleasant desk clerk. Took a stray cat to have her spayed. After the surgery was already completed they added an up charge because she had fleas. Very unprofessional and very shady business practices. Save yourself time and money and go to a reputable establishment.
