I will never again take a pet to this veterinary hospital. My chinchilla, Willow, was looked at and I was told that she had some simple tooth issues which he'd seen before and they could live "completely normally for five or more years". She had an eye infection and I was given antibiotics and sent home. I didn't even know what the other medication was. I was told to give her the stuff for ten days and then to call just to follow-up. When I called ten days later, the vet was out on personal leave and I was very concerned. I called another hospital further away and made an appointment with them. As soon as they saw Willow I could tell something was wrong. She was starving to death because of her teeth being so bad and her tooth was literally growing up into the back of her eye, causing the infection. My pet was starving and suffering for an extended period of time because of the terrible veterinarian there. I had to get Willow euthanized that day.
