I have always used Parkway for my pets for years, All the staff besides the Dr. Always had smiles on there faces always so helpful and understanding, go above and beyond , but for some time they have lost that brite smile and its really sad. I am VERY UPSET I called to find out when to bring my puppy to get her spayed they said any time after 18. Weeks so I made her a appt.and took her in she was 23 weeks old, picked her up around 5:30 p.m. got her home her little tummy looked like they butchered it the cut was over seven and half inches long it was horrible.. And if it wasn't bad enough that we thought she wasn't going to make it, Thank the Lord attending to her everyday she recovered. Since all that we thought all was well WRONG she goes in HEAT I called Parkway they said just a fuke if it happens again bring her in so the can check her out and be sure she's in heat IF SHE IS IN HEAT THE DOCTOR "VET" SAID SHE WILL REDO THE SPAYING FOR"FREE" I paid right at $150.00 for my little girl
