Basically I felt talked down to the whole visit, and everything surrounded pay. We couldn't afford to do everything and once that was understood, their treatment of us got real crude. They weren't sure how to handle our cat and demanded that we put him under, because they couldn't settle him down. Really didn't look like they cared about the animals and everything was about money. I'd rather pay the 50$ of not showing up than go back there again.

ask a question to vet or staff and they make you feel like your dumb for asking. No follow up home care given after surgery, no food samples offered for new diet given. Phone to talk to vet to ask question about possible complications 2 days after surgery and they wont let u talk to him. Just bring him in.... More fricking money..
