I had a horrible experience with the reception staff a few years back. They gave me incorrect advice and told me I was being paranoid. I didn't leave a rating at that time. I called the clinic recently for advice and got a terrible attitude from the reception staff again who insisted I come in and pay for a visit instead of just having someone qualified give an opinion on a procedure over the phone. The vets here might be excellent, I don't recall from my first and only visit. However the people in charge of answering the phone and dealing with the public are consistently terrible!

Had an awful experience here. Staff was heartless. Did two tests on my dog and an hour and a half later said no hope but would not let me have her back. Then charged me $682 including a 6 hour hospitalization fee because they kept her for a total of 4 hours before we could get her home to say goodbye. Don't take your pet here!!! They just want your money.
