vets ok. But won't go back because of staff and administration. proceedures not at all uniform. Not worth the small savings.

The front office nazis are bullying, rude.Each one tells you something different, and insists you follow it. Your desires are not respected; I was told when I asked for a consult with the vet that he wouldn't call, and he would decide what was to be done. (He actually did speak with me as did a vet tech.He was a volunteer, and he and the tech were polite to me and explained things.) I was told ludicrous things by front office people and in desperation went to the director, who agreed with me then sided with staff. They are supposed to be low cost non-profit, but when I asked for common lower cost options was told could only have the high cost option. When tried to get lower cost and clarity regarding the conflicting information, I was the one considered to be at fault. I would avoid untill and if they get a trained front office and strong director, and decide whether they want profits, or a truly humane operation. T
